Frequently Asked Questions . . .

Q: Who is JJJ Solutions?
A:
JJJ Solutions is a professional company that is dedicated to positively impact the customer’s perception of a business’s image by providing an exterior building restoration service that is cleaner, faster, and lasts longer.

Q: How can you be sure that your process will clean our building?
A:
We will come and provide a free-of-charge demonstration on your building in an inconspicuous area, so that we can make sure that our system is right for you.

Q: Is your process faster than pressure washing and if so how?
A:
Our process is faster because of a simple matter of volume and coverage. Since we don’t have to hit every square inch of the building with a blast of pressure, we can move along much faster by saturating the building with our solution. We can be in and out of your business’s way in a fraction of the time it takes a pressure washing company to do the job.

Q: How do you compare to pressure washing?
A:
Comparing ourselves to pressure washers is like comparing apples to oranges. It is not the same thing.  Although we are after the same result of a clean building, the process and the results are quite different. With our process, we are much faster and we also will get your building much cleaner.

Q: Can you guarantee your product will keep my building cleaner and last longer than the competition?
A:
Yes, we guarantee every job we do. JJJ Solutions gives a 2-5 year guarantee with each client, depending on the area’s climate and substrate of the building. This is something that you will not find with anyone else. Pressure washers will not guarantee anything, simply because they know that they will be returning to clean again as soon as the mold grows back.

Q: How does your process keep the building so clean for an extended period of time?
A:
The molecule of our solution embeds itself into the smallest of pores of the substrate and crystallizes.  Therefore, with each rain the solution releases a fresh layer of protection onto your building.

Q: How do you control traffic around the job site?
A:
We do most of our jobs at night so as not to bother the employees and customers walking in and out during the day. This helps with the amount of sidewalk traffic the client might have on a day-to-day basis. Our clients are relieved that we do not distract them from normal business operations.

Q: Where is the home office located?
A:
Our home office is located in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area with other satellite offices sprouting up all over the country.

Q: What kind of surfaces can you clean?
A:
We can clean most any surface that buildings of which buildings are constructed. For example: limestone, concrete, brick, stucco, marble, and most wood.

Q: What is your stance on SAFETY?
A:
Safety is number one with JJJ Solutions. Every job is closely monitored by a certified safety technician. Our vice president has more than 16 years of safety experience and is our corporate safety director.  Every job we do conforms to all E.P.A. regulations and standard safety practices.

Q: Do you clean windows?
A:
We have a partnership with a professional window cleaning company,
(
Windows with Sparkle) and we can price window cleaning as well with any job.

Q: How do you price certain jobs?
A:
JJJ Solutions has a standard pricing by square footage of the building with other altering variables of each structure.  Our pricing consists of three major aspects:

  1. The surface square footage of the building
  2. The degree of mold and mildew growth on the building
  3. The difficulty of the structure’s working atmosphere (angles and landscaping).
